What you can return
Unworn, unwashed and unused gear can come back within 30 days of purchase, in the same condition it arrived in. Above all we want you to feel good in what you wear.
What cannot come back
Custom and team gear is made to order, so it is not returnable unless it arrives defective. Limited presale drops may not be returnable; the product page says so when that applies.
How to start a return
Email support@gxgs.co with your order number and what went wrong. We reply with the next steps and how to get a return shipping label.
Sizing before you order
Every product page has a sizing chart. Rashguards and spats are built for compression, so size down. Tees and hoodies: size up for a looser fit. Wash cold, inside out, and hang dry to keep prints sharp.
